Hypovitaminosis A

Hypovitaminosis A (also known as "Phrynoderma" which means Toad Skin) is common in children in the developing world, most often associated with diseases of fat malabsorption.[1]:479

It is seen as rough, hyperkeratotic, follicular pappules on the skin of elbows and knees.[2]

Treatment

Vitamin A supplementation.(though response is slow)
